Very disappointed. Not only are they not forthcoming with the $27 a day resort fee but there is no parking on hotel property unless you valet which is an additional $27 per day plus tips.
One Ocean Spa and staff (honorable mention to nail techs Tina and Veronica) are amazingly awesome! I have tried other spas and they pale in comparison. All of my treatments have been top notch! The atmosphere and friendly smiles are just icing on the cake...I'm a repeat customer (post hurricane and all) because of your EXCELLENCE!
I would prefer to know before booking that the hotel resturant is under renovation and room service is not available.
The drinks and outside area on the ocean is nice and much more peaceful then the Lemon Bar. My boyfriend didn't like his drink and they noticed right away and insisted they make him a new one, offering suggestions for one's he might like, which he did. The bartenders are friendly and the food is really good as well. I also enjoy the decor and rock tunnel that separates the bar from the hotel lobby. Definitely check it out at least once.
Letter written to manager. When we booked room we inquired about a senior discount. We should have been told about the elevator (two to get to room) We had the air conditioner worked on as it would not get warmer.This morning it was in the 60 in room when set for 79.When taking shower water pours out on floor. HAD THAT checked, can't be repaired while we are here.Has been leaking how long? Is there mold? We are checking out a day early. Does 4 star mean room not cleaned until 4 P.M. THAT was yesterday. We did find your personnel very nice. Room 404.
You have to take 2 elevators to get to your room and lobby staff doesn't offer any instructions on this. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny. We left a day early just to not sleep in that bed again or be annoyed that we paid for a room but apparently not a parking spot. We didn't ask for our money back, it wasn't worth the time
Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The beach is wide with a great location on Neptune beach. The rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable. Highly recommend spending the money to get an oceanfront balcony.
I would never stay here again nor would i recommend this place
