The people who rated this place as anything above a 1/5 clearly work there and are paid to write the reviews. This place NEVER answers the phone, they lose packages left and right OR will put "status unavailable" online so it can't be tracked, and the mail deliverers seem to become dyslexic and put Mail in the wrong box. Absolutely horrible. THIS OFFICE is the reason people don't trust USPS and choose to do their business with FedEx or UPS...
Staff could have been a tad more friendly but they do a great job and are fast!
Terrible. This office either needs to be shut down or all employees should be fired, especially the carriers that cant do a simple job like put mail into the correct box. They lost my mail which contained important documents and now refuse to do anything about it, telling me "there is nothing we can do". I will go above and beyond to get these people replaced as its not the first time they do these kinds of screw ups and its becoming worse and worse.
This is literally the worst post office on the planet. They continually lose my packages. And since they always report it as delivered, they could care less about helping me figure out what happened. Every time I purchase something now, I have to live in fear of whether or not it will actually be delivered to me or to some random person whose mailbox they throw it into. If I have the option I will choose FedEx or UPS. This branch is a joke, albeit not a funny one.
Ridiculous. I was reusing a priority box that was sent to me I wrapped it so no labels were showing. I got to the counter since there were no address labels out I assumed she would just type it in. She said I could pay for a label. I went to the counter and wrote it directly on the box. Went back up and she said she would have to charge me for the flat rate box. I said there was no reason for given that it doesn't say priority anywhere it is my box. She said she would still charge me. What?!?! I said I'll just ship somewhere else, her response "hood luck" . Thanks to UPS I now have my package shipped next day for $10. Horrible customer service at USPS!
