Ordered on line. It was late and the pizza was cold. You would think that the ones who ordered for a special time delivery, it would be hot. I ordered about 4:15 for a 6:00 delivery. Ticket said a 5:40 out time. Wasn't that far to be so cold. Will Think about the next time if I order from them. And I know getting on base at that time is not long.
Bad customer service. I ordered a mushroom pizza.. because my family is vegetarian and wanted a quick dinner. When I get my pizza and it was mushroom with half ham. If we were not vegetarians it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I'm frustrated because it's almost 8pm and I haven't had dinner, because the best they could do is refund the money. While on the phone with an employee I could hear other employees cussing at us in the background. I'm very disappointed this evening not getting to eat my pizza I've been craving. This is the cherry on top of a bad day sundae.
I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. Absolutely pathetic on how they are constantly late. Place an order that says it will be delivered in an hour and they end up being an hour late and cold. I mean come on. I will not be ordering from them again. I've given them many chances to actually deliver a pizza on time but I'm done. Terrible customer service when you call to ask where your pizza is since it's an hour late. This location is a joke
It is good food, but it always takes FOREVER to arrive. If youre in a hurry i would order from somewhere else. Please Papa Johns figure a better way to get food to your customers.
The one guy took my order then said hold on. The next guy got on the phone and had no clue what I was talking about. So I had to explain again. I didn't even get an ETA for my pizza
