Dont bother. Go somewhere else. Hands down worst hotel experience I've ever had. Dirty, moldy, bugs everywhere. Smells like a mix of cigarettes and fecal matter. Guests are sketchy - mix of people who live here, druggies, or prostitutes.
Customer service was awful checking in. Shower in room did not have cold water, only hot. Boiling showers. Our room was missing furniture, phone did not work, mini fridge was so frozen over on the inside you couldn't fit a soda bottle in it, toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall, cigarette burns in the duvet and in the floor, and we were woken up repeatedly by a couple upstairs fighting and throwing things. Worth $40 a night? Maybe. Nearly $90 a night? Absolutely not. And we got a discounted rate, so there's no telling what they would gouge you with at the desk. Don't waste your time.
Beware!!! My husband and I tried to check into this hotel and received nothing but a rude man behind the desk. While we waited for him to help us a man came in and said he just booked him a room and someone was already occupying the room and he just walked in on a lady!! He acted like it was no big deal and could care less..Then my husband used the lobby restroom and said it was so filthy he didn't want to use it and after the man was being rude to us about our reservation he "couldn't find" we left and let him know how disgusting this place was and glad our reservation was canceled because you could not pay me to stay here!
NASTY. The “nonsmoking” room we booked reeks of cigarette smoke and has burn marks on the comforter. We’ve been waiting for a Kevin to show up for work for over an hour since he is the only one who knows how to issue a refund. I’m assuming his shift started at 5, it’s past 5:45 and he’s still not here. The smoke detector in our room was screeching due to a low battery, the tv was making a sound that sounded like a dying car horn even though it was off. We spent about an hour or so in the room waiting and I’m itchy all over from spending just that amount of time in there. One of the workers and who I’m assuming was her grandson approached and began touching my four month old (I turned away). One of the workers walked out with a case of beer. Lobby full of people, ONE worker behind the counter (doing the best she can), taking phone calls, trying to manage computer work - Kevin still has not shown up - the worker screaming at her grandson (who is also screaming and running full speed through the lobby, throwing rocks at the children of waiting customers) No class, filthy. Waste of money. Waiting on our refund and we’re leaving.
Moldy dirty ate out care carpet. Skimpy blanket on bed. Not to kid friendly. But unless you want a sometimes low price on the beach
