It's a good place to do your wash
Very inconsistent. I've taken things there several times and had issues at least half of the time. I usually get my lab coat dry cleaned and pressed/starched, and the first time it wasn't starched at all after I asked for heavy starch. The second time I had it cleaned it was starched to the point that I couldn't even button it. Definitely way more starched than "heavy starch" is at other dry cleaners that I have used in Jacksonville and elsewhere.
The little boy working as clerk today who claimed to be 'the boss' dropped the ball on the "in by 7 am out by 5 pm" promise they post so proudly out on the front window. When I confronted the little boy clerk, as why my important project was not on time today all he could do was tell me that only happens sometimes, then got extremely rude and refused to tell me his name or anything else I asked. Well little boy boss, I will never use your location again. Instead I will take my things to your "main location" you guys take it to get done anyway. I will pay less for the process and deal with people who actually know how to speak to customers.
This is by far the worst laundromat I've ever been to. They have 10 dryers but only 4-5 work depending on the day. The ones that don't work will just eat your money so you have to remember which ones to use or you'll be wasting a lot of time and quarters. The washers are always dirty with sand or dog hair and the place in general is just filthy. The owners onviouy do not care one bit about this place. No working bathroom either.
Small washers and not very clean. Small loaders are $2.50 which is cheap, but if you have a lot of laundry do not go here.
